I'm a 17 year old girl, 5'3 and around 165 pounds. I'm starting this blog for support, and tips on getting healthy. I'm probably going to remain anonymous since this is personal and I'd rather people not know my name or what I look like for the time being. This might change, who knows.
I've been struggling with depression, severe social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and irritable bowel syndrome for the past couple years. And I know getting healthy and losing this weight that I've gained will only help the process of me getting better.
